You MUST pay the full amount of your bill plus the processing fee.
You MUST have the correct account number, service address, account holder name, and a valid email address.
If you have multiple utility accounts, you must make separate online payments for each account and pay a separate processing fee.
Online payments that are less than the billed amount or cannot be verified due to inaccurate information WILL BE REJECTED the following business day and may cause the account to be charged additional fees and/or disconnected.
