• You may now pay fines to the Winona Police Dept. online. In order to make an online payment the ticket number, name of offender, driver's license number, telephone number, and email address are required. A processing fee will be charged on all online payments.

• If you have multiple tickets, you must make a separate online payment for each ticket number and pay a separate processing fee for each transaction.

• Any online payments that cannot be verified due to incorrect information such as ticket number, offender name, and driver's license number will be rejected the following business day and refunded to the payment method used.
